Oregon Health Authority Offering Free PPE to Healthcare Organizations

The Oregon Health Authority (OHA) has a stockpile of gowns, masks, gloves, and face shields. Once the Public Health Emergency ends on May 11, 2023, OHA will not have funding to store this personal protective equipment (PPE). The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services will not accept any of the stockpile back. Instead, states are asked to begin distributing this PPE to eliminate excess.

  • Any organization can request this PPE, including healthcare, health-related trade schools, essential services, or other settings where PPE is used to protect workers, the community, and reduce disease or other exposures.
  • For more information and to submit a request, view this online form.

Help Oregon Health Plan Members Renew Coverage

Since March 2020, during the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency, the federal government has paused Medicaid eligibility verifications – a process known as redetermination. Due to a proposal in the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2023 passed by Congress, states may resume the process of redetermining individuals’ Medicaid eligibility beginning April 1, 2023.

Trillium would like to collaborate with you to ensure our members – and all Medicaid beneficiaries across Oregon – understand the state’s Oregon Health Plan (OHP) renewal process and have completed all necessary requirements.

To confirm eligibility and renew their OHP/Medicaid coverage, OHP members must update their household information by April 1, 2023.

To update member information, OHP members may do any of the following:

  • Contact their Oregon Health Authority eligibility worker
  • Visit ONE.Oregon.gov
  • Call Trillium Member Services at 1-877-600-5472

If you serve OHP members, encourage them to update their contact information with OHA. Members can also check the Oregon Health Authority website and the Community Partner Outreach Program website to locate application assisters.
