Behavioral Health Grant Awards

Date: 08/16/22

Trillium is proud to award $750,000 in 2022 Behavioral Health Workforce Stability Grants to 18 organizations in the Lane County and South service areas. These grants will help support efforts to recruit and retain behavioral health providers and expand access to services for Trillium Medicaid members.

Grant funds were awarded to contracted behavioral health service providers across the entire service continuum, including early childhood and early intervention programs; child, youth and family services; adult services and programs; culturally responsive services; peer delivered community programs and integrated primary care providers offering behavioral health services.

Trillium received 34 applications and awarded grant funding to these 18 organizations:

  • Arise Counseling
  • Bridges Community Health
  • Center for Family Development
  • Christians as Family Advocates
  • Dr. Ronda Roberts
  • Eugene Center for Anxiety and Stress
  • G Street Integrated Health
  • Kids First
  • Lane County Health and Human Services
  • Lane Independent Living Alliance
  • Looking Glass
  • Madrone Mental Health
  • Options Counseling
  • Orchid Health Clinic
  • Oregon Integrated Health
  • Relief Nursery
  • The Child Center
  • White Bird Clinic

Grant awards were based on a formula that included available funding, number of requests received and alignment with the grant funding goals: stabilization of the behavioral health workforce including recruitment and retention, expansion of access to behavioral health services that improve the health of Trillium members, and reduction of known service gaps across the behavioral health network.

Trillium’s Behavioral Health Workforce Stability Grant funds are designed to dovetail with the statewide workforce stability funds available through the Oregon Health Authority, further supporting the ability of behavioral health providers and facilities to address known service gaps across the continuum of care. In addition, Trillium is collaborating with providers in all of our service areas to explore future strategies and initiatives for supporting behavioral health services throughout Oregon.
