Behavioral Health Information & Resources
What is Behavioral Health?
Behavioral health refers to mental health and substance use (alcohol and drug). A behavioral health condition causes changes in a person’s thinking, mood or behavior.
We believe in treating the whole person - mind and body.
You can think of behavioral health conditions like any other medical conditions. These behavioral health concerns can happen to anyone. They can be treated. Treatment may include talking to a therapist or taking medication. Left alone, behavioral health problems can get worse.
