Does Oregon Health Plan (OHP) have your current address?
We want to make sure we can connect you to the care you need.
OHP sends your address to Trillium so we can contact you about your health plan benefits and services.
If you got a text message with a link to this webpage, Trillium sent you mail that was returned to us because the address was not correct. You need to call OHP and give them your current address.
Why do I need to give my current address to OHP?
OHP gives your address to Trillium. Your address will only display correctly in our computer system if it comes to us from OHP.
Trillium needs to send you important information about your health coverage. If we don’t have your current address, you may not receive mailings about:
- Renewing your OHP coverage. If you do not renew on time, you may lose access to your health plan benefits and services.
- Authorization request decisions
- Notice that a provider you see left our network
- Changes to which medications are covered
- Member ID card when information changes or you ask for a new one
- Any papers you ask for
How do I update my address with OHP?
Call OHP at 800-699-9075 (TTY 711). They are open 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday.
When you call OHP, you can give them your current address. If you want to get less mail from Trillium, you can tell them that you choose not to receive general mailings like annual notices. You will still receive some mailings like those listed above.
If you’d like, you can also tell OHP that you choose email or text messages as your preferred method of communication rather than print mail.
