The new year is often seen as an opportunity for a fresh start. However, what motivates me in 2023 is the opportunity to continue to advance the important work we have the honor and the privilege to do—collaborating with our members, providers and community partners to transform the health of our communities and change lives.
At Trillium, we begin and end each and every day actively engaged in efforts to ensure health equity. Our teams view each project, initiative and interaction through the lens of increasing access to care, addressing the social determinants of health, supporting our members’ health goals, and building healthy communities.
We know we can’t—and don’t—do this alone. We are truly grateful for our community and provider partners who work tirelessly to support immediate needs, as well as enact meaningful change that can be sustained months, years, and decades from now.
Thank you for your ongoing partnership and for making a difference in the lives of our Trillium members. We are grateful to be on this journey with you!
