For Trillium Medicaid Providers: 2026 CCO Quality Pool Bonus Funds Program

The Oregon Health Authority (OHA) Quality Incentive Program uses quality metrics to demonstrate how well coordinated care organizations (CCOs) are improving the health of the communities they serve. Incentive metrics are integral to the success of the CCO model, encouraging health plans and their partners to develop innovative approaches to serve Oregon Health Plan members. These metrics measure quality of care, access to care, health equity, and health outcomes for individuals enrolled in CCOs.

Provider partners will receive an email with the "2026 Trillium CCO Quality Pool Bonus Funds Program" document, which includes additional details about eligibility, methodology, measure set, and more.

Health Net Commercial Providers: Zelis Electronic Payments Launch Update

Rollout delayed – Prepare now for electronic payments 
The launch of Zelis electronic claims payments, originally scheduled for April 1, 2026, has been delayed. A new launch date has not been identified at this time. We will communicate the updated effective date once it is determined.

What this means for you

  • Providers will continue to receive claim payments through their existing payment method until further notice.
  • Providers who are not yet enrolled in Zelis payments or ZAPP Edge (formerly ACH+) are strongly encouraged to enroll in an electronic claim payment method through Zelis or the Health Net ePayment Center to continue receiving claim payments electronically issued on or after the launch.

Additional details will be shared once the new launch timeline is finalized.
