Hepatitis Awareness Month and Hepatitis Testing Day

May is Hepatitis Awareness Month, and Hepatitis Testing Day falls on May 19. According to the CDC, chronic hepatitis B and hepatitis C are leading causes of liver cancer in the U.S. The CDC recommends all adults get tested for hepatitis B and hepatitis C at least once in their lifetime and pregnant women get tested during each pregnancy. If you offer hepatis testing to the public, the CDC asks that you register your testing services by completing this online form.
