Trillium Community Impact Report

In 2022, Trillium invested over $5 million in our local communities through strategic initiatives that increased access to whole person healthcare. Our Community Impact Report (PDF), now available on our website, highlights some of our key partnerships in the areas of community outreach and engagement, social determinants of health, provider network expansion, and county health programs. We continue to build on these partnerships, as well as develop new collaborations, in our ongoing efforts to advance health equity and increase access to culturally responsive care in the communities where we live, work and serve.
