April 4: OHA Health-Related Social Needs Provider Training

The Oregon Health Authority (OHA) is offering an upcoming training for organizations interested in becoming Health-Related Social Needs service providers.

These trainings provide technical assistance for organizations that want to become HRSN service providers and cover the below topics:

  • Overview of HRSN service provider qualifications  
  • Steps to become an HRSN service provider 
  • Community capacity-building funds (CCBF) 
  • HRSN outreach and engagement services, including how to support a member to fill out HRSN request form

The below materials were shared at the February 27, 2024 training on how to enroll as an HRSN service provider and submit invoices for HRSN services.   

You can begin the process to enroll as an HRSN service provider by completing the application.
