Starting 2/6/23: New Monthly Trillium Behavioral Health Provider Availability Online Survey
Starting 2/6/23 in Trillium's Lane County CCO region, Trillium Behavioral Health will transition from monthly phone calls to an online survey to assess provider availability and your program openings. This survey will streamline the process for you, as well as ensure we are able to provide members with the most accurate provider information.
You will receive this survey on the first Monday of every month. If you would like to fill out the February survey now, you can access it here.
As always, we deeply appreciate the valuable work that you are doing for our Trillium members and our community at large. At the top of each survey, you will find contact information for Emma St. Clair and Erinn Stevens. Please reach out to both of them directly if you have any questions or concerns. We look forward to partnering with you on this new process!

Warming Centers
During the winter season we can expect cold weather in the forecast from time to time. If you know community members who may need a warm place to stay, you can use 2-1-1 to help find winter or severe weather shelters in Oregon and southwest Washington. Call 2-1-1 or use the 2-1-1 online database or mobile app and search for “extreme weather shelters” or “extreme cold warming centers” (for day spaces).
For more information on county warming shelters, please visit the Trillium website.
