Trillium Community Health Plan is here to care for your child’s whole health including body, mind, and learning. Whether you need help with behavior, development, special needs, or are caring for a child in foster care, we’re here with trusted support and local service.

Behavioral Health Support

We Offer:

  • Therapy (alone, with family, or in a group)
  • Psychiatry (for medicine or mental health checkups)
  • Care coordination to guide you to the right help

More Support for Bigger Needs:

  • Intensive Outpatient Programs - Extended therapy hours while still living at home
  • Wraparound Service - A team-based planning and problem-solving approach that helps youth and their families struggling with emotional, mental, and behavioral problems
  • Intensive In-Home Behavioral Health Treatment (IIBHT) - a service for youth with complex mental health needs, providing weekly, personalized care
  • Inpatient Treatment - Hospital care when your child is not safe
  • Residential Programs - 24/7 care at a treatment center

How to Start:

Foster Youth

We work with the State of Oregon to support foster youth and children with serious emotional or mental health needs.

  • Trillium works with the Department of Human Services to coordinate care
  • Therapy, counseling, and psychiatry
