Get Started
Schedule an appointment with your doctor as soon as you think you are pregnant. Once your doctor confirms that you are pregnant, let Trillium know about your pregnancy by filling out our Notification of Pregnancy form (PDF).
There are three easy ways to fill out our form:

- Log in to your online Trillium member portal account.
